ABOUT
What we do
Do you feel distressed, have difficulties with your mood, or your relationships?
Do you feel distressed, have difficulties with your mood, or your relationships? Would you like to make some changes to your life? Are you affected by things that have happened in the past? Do you find yourself repeating the same unhelpful patterns?
You could benefit from psychological therapy.
Therapy involves having space to discuss your experiences with a trained therapist where you can develop an understanding of how and why your difficulties have developed and what keeps them going. We can then use this understanding to help figure out ways of making helpful changes in your life. Therapists are trained in a variety of different therapy styles and we can used these to create a bespoke type of therapy that can suit you.
